OG Choco Milkshake
Ingredients: 1/2 cup coconut milk or heavy cream • 1/2 medium avocado • 1-2 tbsp Keto Cacao • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract • 2-4 tbsp erythritol • 1/2 cup ice • water as needed
Directions: Add all ingredients and blend until creamy smooth, using as little water as you can. Do not over-blend, or you'll lose thickness and coldness. Enjoy right away.
PB Chocolate Milk
Ingredients: 1-2 tablespoon peanut butter • 1 tablespoon Keto Cacao • 1 cup milk of choice • 1 tsp stevia
Directions: Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until combined.
Extra Easy Cacao Syrup
Ingredients: 3/4 cup almond milk • 3/4 cup coconut sugar • 1/2 cup Keto Cacao
Directions: In a small saucepan, heat almond milk over medium heat until steaming. Add half of the coco sugar and whisk until blended. Add half of the cacao, whisk, add the rest of the sugar, whisk and drop in the remainder of the cacao.
Once it comes to a light boil, reduce heat to low and cook for several minutes, until sauce thickens slightly.
